Tianguan-1 consists of two main structures: the main tower and the outer giant ring.
The main tower is located at the very center of the giant ring. Its shape is a converging polygonal platform with no redundant protrusions on the surface. The maximum horizontal diameter is 820 meters and the overall height is 300 meters.
From top to bottom, the main tower is divided into three independent functional areas: the situation command layer, the material transfer layer, and the power rail lock layer.

The base of the main tower is a power-locked rail layer with a vertical height of 90 meters. Inside it are a complete set of core systems, including a high-power nuclear power unit, a global intelligent power distribution system, a waste heat temperature control and circulation system, an L1-specific giant anchoring rail device, a high-precision attitude stabilization cluster, an ultra-fast orbit correction nozzle array, a global computing power base, and an ecological control system.
Therefore, this layer is responsible not only for the energy supply, power dispatch, maintenance of equipment operation and internal habitable environment of Tianguan-1, but also for Tianguan-1's orbit locking, attitude stabilization and real-time orbit correction.
The outer giant ring is located in the lower middle section of the main tower, 110 meters away from the main tower. Therefore, the maximum outer diameter of the outer giant ring reaches 1040 meters.
This giant ring is not just for decoration, but a fully symmetrical, enclosed port area and defensive position for giant warships, consisting of four layers.
The outermost layer is the docking deck, which is responsible for the docking and locking of all ships and cargo compartments, airtight connection, and opening for external operations;
The second layer is the on-orbit maintenance and preparation layer, equipped with a fully automated giant robotic arm, high-precision maintenance workstations, a mech preparation area and a rapid repair area for damaged components, which can efficiently complete the emergency repair of minor damage to ships, maintenance and debugging of mechs, and inspection and replacement of engineering equipment.
The third layer is a buffer layer for port area materials, equipped with a large area of enclosed constant temperature storage space, which is specially used to store spare assembly components, ship repair spare parts, shipborne consumables and emergency combat materials, effectively relieving the storage pressure of the main tower transfer layer and greatly improving the overall material turnover efficiency.
The innermost layer is the core pipeline energy layer, with independent power transmission, hydraulic transmission, signal communication, gas supply, and temperature-controlled circulation pipelines laid throughout the area, providing stable and independent energy and data support for every berth, every set of equipment, and every work area.
Inside the giant outer ring wall are close-in weapon arrays, deep-space orbital vertical interception systems, directed-energy microwave electromagnetic denial arrays, and multi-spectral decoy protection modules. The military supplies transit team consists of 120 people, who are dedicated to the classification, warehousing, sorting, transfer, ledger registration and closed-loop traceability of classified military equipment, military components and precision consumables, to ensure the standardized and safe flow of materials throughout the region.
The emergency preparedness mobile echelon consists of 80 people, primarily responsible for filling in for sudden malfunctions, providing wartime job replacements, and responding to various emergencies.
The logistics support team consists of 120 people, who are mainly responsible for the daily inspection of the internal ecological cycle system of Tianguan No. 1, the operation and maintenance of the living area, the disinfection and tidying of public areas, the overall supply of living materials, and the supporting services for the living of the staff stationed in Hong Kong.
